Origin

The concept of Ju Yuan is to create a “home-feel” restaurant for casual gathering.  Sitting in the round table and chatting with each other, hearing the sound and smelling the aroma of chef’s cooking form the kitchen all make you feel the ease like at home.

Executive Chef Director – Chit-Ming Kan

Born in the culinary capital, Hong Kong, Chef Kan has started his career at the age of 14.  He travelled across the world to perfect his knowledge and technics in Chinese cuisine.  
During his 60 years of cooking, he created countless masterpiece turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary dishes.

Ju Yuan

Located at the Min-Sheng community, Ju Yuan inherited its serenity vibes.  The interior is simple and elegant with the sunshine scattered through the windows.  The exterior is surround by trees and a boutique garden.

The restaurant is divided into three individual spaces: a center open space room, which sits 22 guests and two closed rooms, which sits 10 guests.  Ju Yuan is the perfect place for family and friend gathering serving the special home cooking from Michelin 2 starred Chef, Chef Kan.
